WHAT IS THE FIRST THING I SHOULD DO AFTER CONNECTING MY GoGo SMART TV STICK ?
After your GoGo Smart TV Stick interface is loaded, the first thing to do is to connect to your Wi-Fi .You may also connect directly with an Ethernet (an additional adapter will be needed not supplied). Also be sure that your input is correct HDMI (you may need to move click your input button until it is on the right input and you see the Android symbol). We strongly suggest creating a Google account if you do not have one, this will allow you to use more features and log into the Google play store where additional apps are located.
DO I NEED A HDMI INPUT ON MY TV ?
The answer is Yes. The GoGo Smart TV Stick functions as a computer player. Your TV becomes the monitor and the way to view it is thru the HDMI from the GoGo into the TV HDMI connection.
CAN I USE ANY TYPE OF MOUSE OR KEYBOARD WITH THE GoGo STICK ?
Yes, you can use any wired or wireless mouse OR keyboard with the GoGo Smart TV Stick. Just connect to the proper slot. You may add additional devices if needed by using a USB hub.
HOW IMPORTANT IS MY INTERNET SIGNAL?
Your internet signal needs to be as strong as possible if you want to stream movies and watch other forms of TV programming to prevent buffering. We strongly recommend having your internet box in the same room as your GoGo Smart TV Stick for the ultimate streaming experience. However, all apps do not need internet connection to function.
FAQ – Troubleshooting
GoGo Logo appears on my TV for lone time
The GoGo logo should only show up on your screen for less than a minute to show that your device is loading up. If it remains on screen for longer than a minute, than there is not enough power coming from that TV USB port to power the device up. You must use the supplied AC power adapter when using your GoGo on that TV.
Why can’t I see the cursor of my GoGo air mouse?
After installing batteries correctly and putting the USB receiver into GoGo. Just double click on the Orange (M) in the center of the air mouse. This is what you use to turn mouse on and have the cursor appear, it will disappear after 1 minute on it's own if not used.
Can I use any other mouse or keyboard?
Yes you can use any other wireless or wired Mouse and Keyboard that has a USB connection with the GoGo. If you need more ports you can use a USB hub (not provided).
Why is there no signal on TV screen after I connected the GoGo HDMI?
First be sure the GoGo stick is powered up and you see the small Blue light on the side lit. If you still do not see the GoGo logo on your screen be sure that all connection is in tight. The GoGo stick must be firmly connected into your TV HDMI, if you’re having problems connecting the GoGo directly to TV use the HDMI extension cable provided, be sure all your connection are tight. Also be sure to adjust your input to the correct HDMI port.
Why isn't my Internet connecting?
After selecting your internet provider by clicking on it’s name, be sure you have your correct password. If the word authenticating remains under your providers name, the password is most likely not correct. When your internet password is correct it will say Connected under the name.
Why did my movie stop streaming? What caused this?
Your internet signal is too weak. Because you are streaming and not just surfing the web, you will need to either increase your internet speed with your provider or have your GoGo stick on a TV closer to your internet box.
Can I download more applications?
Yes, you can add or remove apps that are on your GoGo. You may want to add more memory with a micro TF card to your GoGo Stick. We recommend to not use more than 32gb.
How do I download the free App of the month?
Visit us at www.gogotvstick.com from your GoGo stick. Look for menu tab in top left corner and select videos. Simply click on the app, hit Blue download button, after download is completed, click on to Green android to install the app on to your GoGo stick. The new App will appear with the other apps.
